NO BROADBAND CONNECTION DETECTED
Broadband Help
If your Sky broadband router has failed to detect a valid broadband connections please perform the following checks.
1.) Check Your Activation Date
Your broadband connection will not be ready before your activation date as Sky has to wait for BT to switch your line over to Sky Broadband. Please refer to your Sky broadband activation letter.
2.) Check Your Installation
Please refer to your Sky broadband Set Up guide and ensure all your cables are connected correctly.
3.) Reboot Your Computer & Router
Try restarting your computer, then rebooting your Sky broadband router. Click on the link below to reboot your router.

4.) Please Be Patient
There may be a problem at your exchange, switch off your router and wait 30 mins before switching it back on again.
5.) Reset Your Router Setting
Try restoring the original factor router settings. Click on the link below to restore your settings.
